Do you provide the alcohol?
For bartending events, the host provides the alcohol. We can help you plan a thoughtful menu and estimate quantities. Ice, mixers, and other supplies can be included when listed in your custom proposal.
Can we book a mocktail-only bar?
Absolutely. We can create a beautiful alcohol-free menu for your guests, whether your whole event is spirit-free or you want a few standout choices alongside cocktails.
What kinds of events do you serve?
We bring the bar to weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events in Central Texas. Tell us your venue and date so we can confirm availability and any travel details.
What is included in bartending service?
Your proposal outlines the bartenders, service hours, bar setup, and supplies selected for your event. Our team handles bar setup, beverage service, and cleanup of the bar area. Mixers and ice are included only when specified in your quote.
How many bartenders will we need?
We generally plan for one bartender for up to 50 guests, then recommend staffing based on your guest count, menu, and flow of the event. Your custom quote will show the team for your celebration.
How long can the bar be open?
Service length, arrival time, and any extra hours are tailored to your event and outlined in your proposal. Let us know your timeline when you inquire.
How do we reserve our date?
Share your date, location, guest count, and the kind of bar you have in mind. We’ll follow up with availability and a custom proposal, including the booking details for your date.
Are your bartenders certified and insured?
Our bartenders are TABC certified, and we carry liability coverage. If your venue needs documentation, please let us know when you inquire.
