Ellie Bar Co. is a veteran-owned mobile bar business based in Central Texas, bringing professional bartending and specialty beverage experiences to weddings, private celebrations and corporate events.
We believe a beautiful bar experience starts with clear communication, a welcoming team and a menu that feels like you. From signature cocktails and mocktails to coffee, lemonade, hot cocoa and s’mores, we help shape the service around your guests, venue and vision.
Our TABC-certified bartenders handle setup, service and cleanup of our bar area so you can enjoy your celebration. For alcohol service, you supply the alcohol; we help with menu planning and quantity estimates.

I started Ellie Bar Co. as a way to build something of my own while creating opportunities for my family. What began alongside a full-time career and raising three children grew into a business centered on memorable celebrations.
Today, I work with couples and clients across Central Texas to make their bar experience feel personal, welcoming and well planned. Clear communication and thoughtful service guide us from your first inquiry to the last pour.
